Meet Dr. Wilson-King
She’s a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 20 years of clinical experience providing compassionate and research-driven care.
Dr. Wilson-King shares her unflinching opinion on what she would do if she felt her doctor was shaming or judging her.
Unsupportive and judgmental doctors is an issue many moms who may have disclosed their cannabis use have experienced. However, Dr. Wilson-King understands that often times cannabis can be the medicinal option many are searching for but isn’t offered in the traditional hospital setting. This is why she founded the Victory Rejuvenation Center (VRC), a private holistic and integrative wellness medicine practice that provides life-transforming management modalities and customized medicines to patients.
If that wasn’t impressive enough, she’s also the vice president of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians, a non-profit that works to empower and educate healthcare providers on the use of cannabis medicine.
Plus, Dr. Wilson-King is a mom with adult children that she says still like coming around her which she says likely means she did a good job :). It’s May, and we are honoring mamas all month long on the Blunt Blowin’ Mama podcast — next week you don’t want to miss the Cannamom Roundtable!
