Wendy is here to spill it hunni!

Questions I get asked often: What about when the kids grow up, how will I handle the “weed talk”? Or will I smoke weed with my grown kids? While I think I have the answers, the fact of the matter is that I don’t know yet because my kids are still young (ages 7 and 4). So I decided to tap a mama with experience in raising kids into responsible adults.

Wendy Brazill, a California mom of four and the author of “Why Mommy Gets High” joins the Blunt Blowin’ Mama podcast to share her perspective raising kids with the help of pot. She shares some tips for us mamas who are just starting out and she dishes on which of her adult kids she’s smoked weed with.

Meet Wendy

It’s always special when mamas who have been through the weeds of motherhood share their knowledge with us newbie mamas at the start of our journey. We also chat about Wendy’s book and why she felt it was important to write a children’s book about weed.

She said she wants to normalize the plant in families and help parents navigate conversations around it so they can inform their kids about weed in an age appropriate way. Honestly, it’s so refreshing to know books like Wendy’s exist — it’s a great step in the direction of removing the stigma on weed.
